COPYRIGHT OFFICE PUBLISHES CORRECTION TO REGULATIONS SPECIFYING NOTICE AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE SECTION 114 AND SECTION 112 LICENSES

On March 11, 2004, interim regulations for the notice and recordkeeping requirements under the 112 and 114 statutory licenses were published in the Federal Register (69 FR 11515). The Federal Register made a typographical error in the regulatory text of 270.1(e)(2). Specifically, page 11528, first column, seventh line from bottom currently reads "recording and prior to the first igital." This notice corrects that error to read "recording and prior to the first digital." For further information, click here.
