The U.S. Copyright Office offers online forms for filing claims to royalty payments for digital audio recording devices and digital audio recording media, collected during 2004. Such claims are made in accordance with Chapter 10 of the U.S. Copyright Law and Part 259 of the Copyright Office regulations. Claim filing deadline was February 28, 2005.
