EIGHTH LIST OF NOTICES OF INTENT TO ENFORCE COPYRIGHTS RESTORED UNDER
THE URAA ( 63 FR 19287)
The Copyright Office published its eighth list of restored copyrights for which it has received and processed Notices of Intent to Enforce (NIE) a copyright restored under the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (URAA). Publication of the lists creates a record for the public to identify copyright owners and works whose copyright has been restored and for which Notices of Intent to Enforce have been filed with the Copyright Office. Generally, this is the concluding NIE list of titles for copyright owners whose eligibility to file in the Office expired on Dec. 31, 1997.

CORRECTION TO SPECIAL SERVICES FEE CHART (63 FR 17142)
On April 1 the Copyright Office published a proposed rule regarding new fees for special services. This document corrects the special services fee chart.

May 11, 1998: Written comments due in Copyright Office on proposed new fees for special services.

July 28, 1998: Arbitrators in proceeding for adjustment of rates for noncommercial educational broadcasting compulsory license will file written report with Librarian of Congress.
