OFFICE ISSUES NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF PROCEEDING (64 FR 28528)
The Copyright Office of the Library of Congress announces the termination of the proceeding to determine the Phase 1 distribution of the 1992-1995 satellite carrier compulsory license royalties effective May 21. The Copyright Office has received notification that all parties to the proceeding have reached settlement. Because no controversies to the distribution of these royalty funds remain, the Copyright Office is terminating this proceeding. Distribution of royalties to settled parties is being made under separate order.
