CARP Hearing Venue Changed

As of Thursday, October 18, the CARP (Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel) Hearings on Digital Performance Rights in Sound Recordings will be moved to the offices of Arnold and Porter, 555 12th St., NW, Washington, D.C., until further notice.
