Copyright Office Announces Published List of Eligible CARP Arbitrators

The Copyright Office has published the list of arbitrators eligible for service on a Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel (CARP) during 2002 and 2003. This list will be used to select the arbitrators who will serve on panels initiated in 2002 and 2003 for determining the distribution of royalty fees or the adjustment of royalty rates. The list is effective February 1, 2002. (read details)
