Copyright Office Announces Royalty Rate Adjustment for Satellite Carriers (72 FR 68198)

Pursuant to Section 119(c) and implementing rules, the Library of Congress, through the Copyright Office, announces an upcoming royalty rate adjustment for the retransmission of distant network station and superstation signals to reflect the changes in the Consumer Price Index from January 2007 to January 2008. The royalty rates will be adjusted, in a future Order, to be published in the Federal Register in 2008. (Read further information.)
