Copyright Office Makes Nonsubstantive Amendments to Regulations
The Copyright Office is making nonsubstantive housekeeping amendments to its regulations to update them and to correct minor errors. This final rule corrects minor errors identified in the published rules and also makes technical amendments required because of new office designations and other nonsubstantial changes resulting from the business process reengineering initiative that was implemented by the Office in July 2007.
