Many Copyright Office Fees Changed Effective August 1, 2009

Many Copyright Office fees changed on August 1, 2009. The fee for online registration of a basic claim through the electronic Copyright Office remains the same at $35. Registration of a basic claim on Form CO is now $50, while registration of a basic claim on paper forms is $65.
