Настоящая книга представляет собой попытку применить накопленные знания в области управления качеством в строительстве нефтяных и газовых скважин. Подробно рассмотрены методы использования на буровых предприятиях 14 принципов Деминга, которые составляют основу современной науки о качестве продукции и бизнес-процессов. Впервые представлена разработка "Дом качества строительства скважин" - парадигма управления буровым предприятием, включающая в себя теорию глубинных знаний Деминга и законодательные аспекты РФ.
