Active system for earthquake early warning named “Cascade” (further EEWS “Cascade”) is an application of the “Celestial Patrol” programme, it’s been worked out for neutralization (diminishing) the force of natural earthquake. It consists of 2 main elements: computer application (further - control console) and technical electronic device (further – seismological station) which should be installed on the territory of the object. According to the level of capacity and some functional characteristics seismological stations are divided into 3 types: portable (small), stationary (big) and mobile (transportable) with remote internet connection and mobile (satellite) communication with EEWS “Cascade” control console.
