The concept, which is implemented in the application of methods for solving the problems of planning and organizing systemic care for children with autism, is presented. The concept is based on: 1) the principle of systemicity, encompassing individual micro- and macrosystems that provide variability in the life activity of a child with autism: the child with his/her system of hierarchical structural components of the psyche; family as a microsystem, and also the family as a macrosystem; 2) a resource approach that takes into account two types of resources: internal resources - the resources of the child with autism; and external - resources of the environment. System-resource approach allows you to explore both the horizontal stratum and the vertical of his life: the continuity of learning and development, the consistent self-realization of the child in society. The system-resource approach has experimentally confirmed its effectiveness through research that lasted for 10 years.

Objective: The questionnaire is aimed at identifying the levels of formation of cultural and tourist awareness of the city of Mariupol citizens. This questionnaire includes three groups of questions: the first group on "Geographical and historical provisions of Mariupol"; the second group on "National and spiritual origins of the inhabitants of Mariupol"; the third group about "Tourist objects of Mariupol".
