In addition, for comparison of results of immunogistochemikal research a study of biopsy material of skin of front abdominal wall is undertaken for the persons of corresponding age without psoriasis (5 patients) that was execute the operation of hernioplastick. For find character and prevalence of local cellular immune and inflammatory reactions immunohistochemical methodologies were used for the exposure of expression of ammune marker. The changes revealed immunohistochemical expression of TLR 2, TLR4 and TLR9 plots in psoriatic skin rash in patients with psoriasis a certain value of the corresponding receptor in the development of immune inflammation in the skin in psoriasis, and may also serve as an additional diagnostic and prognostic marker for the clinical course of the nature of the dermatosis.
