The visual evaluation of hyperandrogenism was made due to available hirsutism, androgenetic alopecia, and acantosis nigricans. The manifestation of hyperandrogenism syndrome at visual examination of female patients is observed only in half of women with the hormone disruptions, confirmed by the laboratory. It is reasonable to perform the complex laboratory and special research to determine the genesis of hyperandrogenism that assists to development of pathogenically grounded, individual therapy of patients.
